“When I started taking group Pilates, Corie’s classes immediately became my favorite of the week. Her anatomical knowledge and focus, combined with detailed and creative cues gave me a much deeper understanding of my own body and movement. Every class feels fresh and new, keeping me engaged and interested while we built a strong foundation. Anytime my friends ask me about Pilates, she’s at the top of my recommendation list!”

“Corie is an amazing teacher. I am a newbie in the Pilates world, and Corie can not only explain and cue the movement, but she also explains the reasons why it’s important to do it in that way. Also, she can explain the differences between classical and contemporary Pilates and lets you try both ways. I love adding Pilates to my routine. I notice a big difference in my everyday lifestyle—less aches and pains and a lot more strength.”

Not only is she a great communicator with a unique perspective and approach to teaching Pilates, but she will keep you smiling the entire class.”

“I have had a Pilates practice for almost a decade now. I love that it keeps me strong and flexible. Corie’s classes are technique-based, but she also knows how to mix it up to keep it fun and challenging. She is equally as personable as she is focused on making sure you are doing the exercise correctly. Pilates can be intimidating with all the equipment, but she’s makes Pilates approachable with her friendly presence, clear explanations, and her ability to give modifications if a move doesn’t feel right.”

“I took classes with Corie when I first got into Pilates and she taught me all of the foundations I needed to know before working my way up to more difficult amplifications and exercises. She paid attention to my progress and pushed me when she knew I could handle more difficult exercises. She has knowledge and understand of the practice that I have not seen in many other instructors in the 5 years I have been doing Pilates. I could not recommend her enough for Private classes if you want to feel stronger and more confident in your practice and also have fun doing it.”

“Corie’s classes are the best— she makes you feel so welcome and at ease that you forget you are actually working out. She’s the only instructor that I will ever work with because she’s shown me just how fun and straightforward Pilates and working with the reformer can be.
