More than just Reformer Pilates
We offer Reformer Pilates as a part of our group fitness classes and private lessons, but Pilates is so much more than just the Reformer. Pilates can be taught across a variety of equipment and Graduate Pilates stands out by offering classes and lessons that explore mat, reformer, chair, trapeze table/cadillac, and ladder barrel.
PRIVATE PILATES LESSONS
Dial into your personal Pilates practice
Private Pilates lessons are available for those looking for a more personalized experience. Private lessons are great for those with injuries or mobility limitations, pregnancy, individuals with specific goals or looking to dial into their form, and beginners who are timid to join group class right away. Private lessons are currently available out of a temporary space in Germantown if you would like to start before the studio in East Nashville is fully open.
START YOUR PILATES PRACTICE WITH US
Whether you are brand new and consider yourself a beginner, or you have been doing Pilates at another studio for a long time and consider yourself advanced, we invite you to the starting line at Graduate Pilates.
We offer a variety of classes to meet the needs of someone who has never stepped foot on to a reformer and for someone who has done cartwheels over the rails of a cadillac. And don't worry if none of that sounds familiar, we are here to guide you every step of the way (even if you have zero plans to ever be upside down.)
WHAT MAKES GRADUATE PILATES DIFFERENT
GROUP PILATES CLASSES
We offer consistent low-impact and moderately-paced group fitness class formats with Pilates exercise programming and equipment including the reformer to meet various goals. Classes are developed with intention and taught by skilled instructors to improve mobility, stability and strength. The physical fitness programming can be done on its own or supplemental to other exercise methods.
STACKABLE SCHEDULES
Group classes are strategically scheduled to allow you to take one or multiple classes to meet different goals. Each class is programmed intentionally and using Contemporary Pilates principles and exercise science in mind.
PRIVATE PILATES LESSONS
If you prefer one on one training or more a more authentic approach to Pilates, we offer Private Pilates Lessions with one of our instructors. These can be scheduled recurring directly with our team or as available within our scheduling app. We also make private sessions accessible to monthly members to dial in and take learnings back to group classes to get the most of your time with us.
SELF-PRACTICE HOURS
We also offer self-practice class hours for those looking to guide their own movement. Self-practice allows you* to book a Pilates Reformer and Chair to exercise on their own--a unique perk for our community. *Eligibility req's apply.

Our mission is to teach our community how to exercise with confidence, strength, and control—We offer a contemporary Pilates workout, with streamlined group fitness classes and private training sessions that focus on improving stability, mobility and strength. We empower you to grow through education and movement.
WE DO WHAT WE DO WELL
We do what we do really well, but we don't do everything. There may be additional behavior changes or other types of workouts that compliment the work you do inside of Graduate Pilates. We work with you to understand your goals and guide you. We refer you out when necessary--caring about you, holistically.
OUR INSTRUCTORS
Our instructors are paid a livable hourly wage, have the protections of state and federal labor laws, and have a place to create a career within the gym, leading to deeper connection to our members and our mission. We encourage and support our instructors to take care of their bodies and minds, just as they take care of you. Full time instructors are offered paid time off in order to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

We believe in training your body to get you through life. And we know that life happens. We have intentionally set policies that considers this. We offer cancellation policies that are more compatible with your schedule and more flexible monthly membership terms when compared to industry norms. We cannot operate without policies, but aim to make them considerate of your life.
